Hudson Chamber Announces New Board Members
-  Continues effort to reshape organization for the future -

The Hudson County Chamber of Commerce announced today the election of several individuals as Members of the organization's Board of Trustees.  The election of these new Trustees continues an effort started in the last year to reshape the organization and increase the relevancy of the Chamber and its members to the communities throughout Hudson County.  The Hudson County Chamber of Commerce has served the Hudson County business community since 1888.

"We are in the process of re-focusing our efforts to be a champion for business growth in Hudson County.", said Brian J. Dunlap, President and CEO of the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce, "These individuals represent the vibrancy of our business community and we will look to tap their expertise as we position the Chamber for the future."

The following individuals were named:

Eugene R. Boffa, Jr. is an Equity Member of Schumann Hanlon, LLC the oldest law firm in Hudson County and second oldest in the State of New Jersey.  In addition, he is Former Vice Chairman and Member of the Board of Trustees for the Meadowlands Hospital, Member of the Board of Trustees of St. Vincent De Paul (R.C.) Church Endowment Fund, Former Member of the Board of Trustees of Oratory Preparatory School of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark and Member of Columbus Citizens Foundation – New York City.

Anthony Cammarata Jr. is Managing Director and global head of Facilities Management for Goldman Sachs.  He oversees the firm's citizenship efforts in Jersey City and maintains relationships with community and government officials throughout Hudson County.  He is a member of the Jersey City Mayor's Economic Advisory Council and the Hudson County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Committee.   In addition, he is a vice president of the National Muscular Dystrophy Association and is a board member for the Muscular Dystrophy Association's Muscle Team. 

Connie Claman of Union County is Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Resource Administration at The Liberty Science Center in Jersey City.  In addition, she is a Member of the Summit NJ Community Programs Advisory Board, Delegation member of Professional Women's Mission to India, Member of Executive Women of NJ, Board Alternate for Metropolitan Waterfront Alliance – NYC, Member of Liberty State Park Interdisciplinary Park Planning Committee, and Founding Member and first President of Destination: Jersey City marketing and signage program.

Patrick A. Cozza of Somerset County is CEO and Regional Head of HSBC Insurance for HSBC - North America where he is responsible for the management of Insurance across HSBC's North American business and external customers.  In addition, he a serves on the boards of the American Council of Life Insurers, American Bankers Insurance Association, Cancer Hope Network and is Chairman of the Board of Junior Achievement of New Jersey.

Matthew Dorans of Hudson County is Vice President of In-Line Air Conditioning Co. Inc of Bayonne, NJ and is the President of the Bayonne Chamber of Commerce.

Maria L. Nieves of Bergen County is Director of Public Affairs & Site Regional Leader at Fidelity Investments in Jersey City.  In addition, she is President, Board of Trustees of Hudson County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and Member of the Board of American Conference of Diversity, Hudson County Chapter.

Michael A. Raimonde of Union County is Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Banking for The Provident Bank. In addition he is a member of the Board of Directors for the Hudson County Community College Foundation and is the Treasurer of the Metro Business Alliance of West Orange.

James J. Sansevero of New York City is Director of Brand Management for Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC responsible for developing, managing and implementing brand strategy including integrated marketing and communications strategies, interactive development and product programs.
