About Us
Since 1891, St. Joseph’s School for the Blind, the only school for the blind in New Jersey, has been providing specialized services to individuals who are blind, visually impaired and/or additional disabilities across New Jersey. Founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace, the school is comprised of several programs, such as an Early Intervention Program (birth to age 3), School for the Blind (ages 3-21) and Adult Services (ages 21 & over).
