The Hudson County Chamber of Commerce is committed to working with policy makers at the municipal, state and federal levels to enhance the economic vitality of Hudson County and position the region as a center for business development, commerce, culture and innovation.
The Chamber provides opportunities for more than 650 Members, including large corporation, small businesses and nonprofits, to be heard on important public policy issues such as pro-business legislation, infrastructure development, and job creation. We strive to engage our members directly in these discussions with policy makers in order that the voices of business leaders in the County are heard.
Hudson County has a long and rich history as a center of commercial, industrial and residential growth, Today it is New Jersey's most ethically diverse and densely populated county. It is also a major transportation crossroad for the region and is home to one of the fastest growing cities in the State over the last two decades, Jersey City, The Chamber is committed to supporting government and regulatory policies that promote Hudson county's continued growth and enhance its competitive advantages.

The Chamber hosts quarterly Government Affairs Committee Meetings. All Members of the Chamber are invited to participate. Elected and public officials are invited as guest speakers to these meetings which are opportunities to discuss policy issues important to the business community.
